Civilians pay attention to theservice and restaurant environment take up 26.8%, 23.8% respectively.Some primary factors responsible for this situation can bepresented as follows. To begin with, the reason why such a large number ofpeople prefer to consider the special dishes first, so some extent, stems fromthat some fancy food are needed to satisfy their increasing demands for food.Furthermore, high service quality helps enhance people’s enjoyment when dining,which accounts for the fact that muchemphasisis placedon service quality. Additionally, that individuals think dining environment is verysignificant arises from that clean and comfortable surroundings boost thesensations enjoyed by the palate. Taking all above into consideration, we can draw the conclusion that itis the unique dishes, service and dining atmosphere that people are mostconcerned about can increase their sense of satisfaction.
